EXTERNAL USE
Muscle, joint, and chest pain, stiff neck, massages: apply a few drops and massage.
It can also be added to sweet almond oil or matured sesame oil.
Headache: apply a few drops on the temples, under the earlobes, on the cheekbones, and where it hurts, and massage.
Cervicalgia: two drops on the nape and at the points where it hurts. It can also be applied on the scalp, along the line from the nape to the forehead and along the line from above the ears to the center of the head.
Cold: a drop at the entrance of the nostrils. A few drops in a basin of boiling water, do steam inhalation.
Toning bath: in the bathtub filled with water, add 20 drops and then immerse yourself for 20 minutes.
Insect bites: apply a drop to the affected area.
To purify the environment: add two drops to the air humidifier, or to the humidifying tray of the radiator.
INTERNAL USE
Cold: two, three drops in half a glass of warm milk.
Digestive problems: one or two drops on a teaspoon of honey.
Cough: two drops on a teaspoon of honey to dissolve in the mouth.
Insomnia: two drops in a cup of light chamomile.
Gingivitis: two drops in a glass of water. Gargle.
Pyorrhea: apply three times a day.
Toothpaste: some drops on the toothbrush.
Gargle: add a few drops of 108 to the salt water (with a bit of salt) and gargle.
Toothache: a drop on the aching tooth.
For the intestine: three drops in half a cup of light chamomile, or with milk, add half a teaspoon of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and a teaspoon of honey. Ingest the infusion on an empty stomach in the morning.
