Terms and Conditions of Service

The offer and sale of products on our website “www.lakshmi.it” are governed by these Sales Conditions, valid for every proposal, order, and order confirmation of the products. The confirmation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these sales conditions.

 

TIMES AND PRICES

Purchase method. Before submitting the purchase order, the customer is required to read the general conditions. Submitting the order implies their automatic acceptance. The customer purchases the product, whose characteristics are illustrated online in the related sheets, at the indicated price plus shipping costs as reported on the website. Before confirming the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in case of multiple product purchases, any additional costs based on the selected payment method, and the amount of shipping costs will be summarized. Once the purchase order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt and acceptance of the order, containing all information about the purchased products, detailed indication of the price, shipping costs, applicable taxes, payment methods, and information on the right of withdrawal. With the sending of the confirmation email, the purchase contract is considered concluded and formalized. Lakshmi it reserves the right not to accept or process orders that are incomplete or missing essential data.

Delivery times and methods. Lakshmi it delivers the products selected and ordered by the Customer as per the previous article through BARTOLINI. Delivery times, according to art. 6 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, average 3 days and do not exceed 30 days from the day following the order transmission. The receipt will be issued to the Customer in the shipped package, using the data entered by the Customer during website registration. For this purpose, we recommend entering your Tax Code.

Prices and product details. All sales prices of the Products on the website are expressed in Euro and include VAT and all other taxes. Any promotions are valid only for the online store. The prices applied are those indicated on the Website at the time of the Customer's purchase order. The prices of the products published from time to time cancel and replace previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
It is not possible to request an invoice for the received goods.

 

PAYMENT METHODS, TRANSPORT, AND DELIVERY

Paypal: the customer can make payment through the Paypal system, using a personal Paypal account or choosing not to register for the Paypal service. If payment is not made within 2 days from the order date, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Lakshmi.it, the order will be canceled without notice. With the Paypal system, it is also possible to pay with Visa and MasterCard credit cards. No additional fees apply.

Visa and MasterCard credit card: the customer can make payment via credit card; the amount will be charged only after completing the purchase. No additional fees apply.

 

TRANSPORT

The goods travel at the buyer's risk and expense: Lakshmi.it will therefore not be responsible for any delays or damages resulting from transport. If the package arrives visibly damaged, accept the package signing with reservation; otherwise, no refund can be requested. In the event of refusal of the package, Lakshmi.it may request the customer to pay the full amount of shipping costs and the cost incurred for the return of the package to the sender. The delivery times indicated by Lakshmi.it refer to products in stock and are non-binding as they may be modified by Lakshmi.it in case of actual needs. Lakshmi.it reserves the right to deliver products related to the same order in multiple shipments without additional charges to the customer. Special delivery conditions and terms must be agreed in advance by email or phone between the Customer and Lakshmi.it and accepted by both parties. Any special offers or promotions proposed by Lakshmi.it are valid until their expiration or until the products subject to the promotion are sold out.

 

SHIPPING

For shipments within Italy Lakshmi.it charges a contribution of € 5.90 VAT included for orders up to 58.99 euros. From 59.00 euros onwards, shipping costs are free. The promotion is valid only for purchases in Italy. 

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Lakshmi.it guarantees only the physical integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, within and no later than 10 (ten) days from the delivery date. The customer has the right to replace damaged products upon return of the same, excluding the customer's right to compensation for any damage, even further. Shipping costs necessary for product replacement are to be borne by the customer. Lakshmi it does not provide any additional warranty on the products beyond that provided by the individual manufacturers. Except in cases of fraud or gross negligence by Lakshmi it, it is agreed that the liability of Lakshmi.it cannot exceed the price of the products purchased by the customer under dispute.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered products within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Lakshmi Srl, VAT number 02952110233 with registered office at Via Fior di Loto, 1 – 37021 Bosco Chiesanuova Verona within the legally prescribed terms. The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for customized or loose products. The refund will be made as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date on which Lakshmi.it is informed, as described above, of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer. The Customer is required, within 30 (thirty) working days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to ship the returned Products to the address of Lakshmi.it, with traceable shipping and at the Customer's expense.

To cancel an order and for any other requests and information, please write to us at email lakshmi@lakshmi.it. Lakshmi.it accompanies the shipped goods with an invoice, included inside the package along with the purchased goods.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 concerning distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. In case of disputes between Lakshmi Srl and each end user arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the competent court is that of VERONA.

 

MODIFICATION AND UPDATE

The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also considering any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on www.lakshmi.it
