When we are born, our body comes into the world as an alkaline environment, meaning at a low level of acidity. Giuseppe Sacchetti, after attending the Faculty of Pharmacy, has been a trainer since 2007 within an important cosmetic company in the wellness sector. Since 2014, he has specifically focused on training in alkaline nutrition and, from the same year, he began a sort of experimentation on himself, collecting studies and analyses on diabetes, a condition that has accompanied him for over twenty years.
