DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For external use, it has been shown to be effective in cases of: acne, cold sores, dandruff, gargling for sore throat and rinses for gingivitis and inflammations, pedunculated warts, athlete's foot, nail fungus, shaving irritation, excessive sweating.

• Usage: to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. By way of example, here are some indications: dandruff, 8-10 drops with each application of shampoo. Acne: 5 drops added to each application of the usual cleanser or 20 drops in rose water. For rinses or gargles: from 5 to 20 drops of extract in 200 cc of water. Cold sores: 1 pure drop on the area. Onychomycosis: 1-2 drops above and below the nail, to increase its effectiveness, mix it with a drop of tea tree or linalool thyme essential oil. Athlete's foot: 20 drops in foot bath water.

For internal use, doctors recommend it in case of: Candida albicans, some forms of arthritis related to streptococcal infections, colds and flu of viral origin, food poisoning from spoiled foods, infections of the urogenital tract.

• Usage: on medical prescription. For general informational purposes, the dose ranges from 3 to 12 drops diluted in water or preferably fruit juice (it is very bitter), to be taken 3 times a day. Never drink it pure.

For domestic use: excellent for rinsing food, for removing mold, for disinfecting laundry in every wash cycle, for disinfecting bathtubs, showers, pools, and solariums. To ensure true hygiene for kitchen tools, including cutting boards.

• Usage: 20 drops in the laundry wash cycle. 20 drops per liter of water to wash fruit, vegetables, fish, etc. 20 drops in a bucket of water to disinfect floors, showers, bathtubs, solariums. 10 drops in 300 cc of water to soak toothbrushes for 10 minutes. Rinse and let dry.
