Mi è piaciuto molto . Senza togliere al resto delle spiegazioni molto esaustive. Sono stata molto entusiasta della parte del Cicli Vitali, nella parte della oleazione che da oggi ho iniziato a fare.
inoltre i massaggi ayurvedici mi piacciono molto e in un occasione ho potuto sperimentare lo Shiradara . un?esperienza davvero unica. Mi ha aperto la mente e congeuntemente tutti i chakra. Bellissima esperienza.
