+ Hearing

Do meditation while listening to relaxing music. Meditation has the ability to channel positive vibrations into you that can rebalance you and help you find your center of gravity. Music is also a powerful channel of connection: listen to music with a frequency of 432 Hz, also called the frequency of the Universe.

+ Smell

Take a bath or shower using your favorite essential oil: the power of the essential oil will be released enveloping and soothing you. We recommend a "feminine" essential oil: Neroli, Ylang-ylang, Damask Rose.

+ Sight

During the days of the Moon, when it is full or during the phase of the New Moon, wear something white or silver: they are the lunar colors par excellence. And don't forget to light white candles around you, in every room. White candles symbolize purity and can attract positive energies, driving away negativity.

+ Touch
